Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed strikes on Russian targets: Novorossiysk naval base was hit with Neptunes and drones, damaging port sites, the Sheskharis terminal, an S-400 launcher, and a missile depot. Saratov’s refinery and the Kristall fuel site near Engels were also hit and set ablaze.
