Due to sanctions, Lukoil is effectively paralyzed in foreign markets:
— in Iraq, it cannot receive money or oil for extraction;
— in Finland, the Teboil gas station network has run out of fuel;
— Swiss Litasco cannot charter tankers or make payments;
— even India and China are refusing its oil.
