Starting tomorrow, the Trump administration is set to send notices to 1,000 student loan borrowers (first round) noticing them of an intent to garnish their wages for student loan debt.

Yeah naw fully freaking out now that I'm scheduling a mandatory meeting on how address the new laws in relation to the class I teach. This is the Bad Place.
Welp. I really freaking wish I could privatize this account because I have been advised by my department to monitor my social media presence, among other very dire things related to new laws.
Idk if I can keep this account tbh. Which sucks since I also need it to promote my music performances.

I mean this in the kindest way: this could be solved by creating meaningful connections with your peers/colleagues. I have a writing group and a thinking group and plenty of people to text or call with questions, and it doesn’t require draining the earth of resources or stealing work.
If you use it as a dialogic thinking space where you externalities thought and use it to hold, reshape, question, extent, perturb your thinking. Just like a good teacher or mentor could, except you need to set and guide the interaction style.
