Migraines are just fucking up my entire life. Seriously, ruining so many freaking things. Missed a wedding I had been looking forward too for months yesterday and today I have the migraine hangover from it. Can’t even drink anymore and I feel like I just went on a 3 day bender.

I want to thank my Kaiser neurologist today for having sage green walls and no music, this sounds horrific. I can’t imagine, it would definitely increase my migraine and/or make my migraine hangover so much worse. I feel terrible for this person
