Post silly season, I got an "International Beer Selection" box. The selection criteria seemed to be "the locals won't drink it, but foreigners will think it's exotic" (Sol went well with Mexican food, Wakachangi is the first lager I've tasted that has some flavour). Anyway, this was the last one

I've been to the gym every second day this year so far. The scales say I haven't lost any weight, but the body composition analysis thing on my Galaxy watch says I've lost 1kg of fat and gained 1kg of muscle.
