I don't know about you, but I think it's very weird to respond to a post which is basically "be compassionate to your fellow Americans who live in California" with a list of reasons you shouldn't be compassionate to your fellow Americans.

This report - if the data is correct, I won't take it as gospel just yet - is especially damning because the crashworthiness of Tesla's cars has generally been very good. That suggests to me Teslas are prone to being in severe accidents at highway speeds and I wonder why that might be 🤔
