We are continuously drawn to Moab and our time here is never enough. Watching it change, we fear for what it will become, but as long as the BLM land stays wild and managed as well as it is, I think we'll get along with the growth and popularity of this area just fine.

Today was all about Ranger. Dude has been so patient with us working and driving a lot. He got hours of his favorite: snow time (we didn't think there'd be snow). Tomorrow he will have to be patient again as we explore Mesa Verde.

It's hard to grasp what these synchronized monuments to human engineering and precision are doing. But watching all 27 of them dance together over a punishing landscape is absolutely worth a trip to the Very Large Array.
