I missed my Bluesky anniversary last week. It seems like so much longer than a year. Leaving the other place was the right decision. This place doesn't generate the feedback that twitter used to (pre-Musk), but it does seem to be more accurate, and certainly more polite. It's a good place to release

I can only imagine. I remember the first YZ250 I rode after my YZ125. I was amazed at how short the straightaways got!

Boycotting the world cup because of corruption would be a century late. Boycotting the US world cup games because of spanky's corruption is at the perfect time. It is too much to ask that the teams not show up, but it's not that the fans don't show.

I know it is testing, and it doesn't mean anything, but it isn't meaningless that Toprak finished faster than Miller and Rins. And FQ20 being a half second from the top with an engine that isn't at peak is hopefully promising. #MotoGP

LCR has confirmed that Diogo Moreira’s side of the garage will no longer be sponsored by Idemitsu, and that the rookie will ride as ‘Honda LCR’ tomorrow. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are replaced by a Brazilian brand like Petrobras, but similarly wouldn’t be surprised if Castrol expand.

The season's over for #MotoGP, our weekends are freed up. It was an interesting season in all the classes, maybe not always the most exciting. Next season is a lame duck, probably not a lot of updates due to the rule changes coming. Everyone will have data, which should make things closer.

I’m particularly concerned because a woman independent journalist who has been covering this for months is not receiving credit, is struggling to pay her bills, and @propublica.org will make huge amounts of $$ off this story and the authors will get more work, while Kazos sits in obscurity.
