"art is inaccessible/artists are gatekeepers" is the biggest self report in the world that whoever is saying it is, at best, buying in to incredibly tedious learned helplessness or, more likely, is just a huge fucking loser.
I don't believe it when anyone tries to say artists are gatekeeping creativity because every artist I know is so generous. Lots of us sharing tutorials, free brushes and assets, share our manus, etc! There's no shortage of info or free tools out there if you're willing to look and learn.

Update: YouTube straight up removed another video about loot boxes. They’re just hitting anything that mentions gambling regardless of context.

Had some privileged friends who had fun at Wizarding World in Universal. Without trying to fight, I said I couldn't buy any of HP stuff given what we know about JK now.
