Weird Writer Thing: There's a point in every revision where I stop and stare at the book in consternation and think, GAH, THIS IS JUST A SERIES OF RELATED INCIDENTS OCCURRING IN ORDER. And then I remind myself that yes, that's EXACTLY what a story is, and I keep going.

It is my genuinely held belief that anyone opposing unionization in their studio is admitting to not caring about the quality of the games or the people making games. Empowered people make better games. People with stability make better games. People that feel safe make better games.
