Indeed.
Here's how I see Trump's tariffs playing out. If he doesn't reverse course within a fairly short window, say 2-4 months, we will very likely fall into a recession. Everyone who's 60 or older will be worried about their retirement. Those people *will* reduce their spending, many of them of necessity.
