Farage should never be interviewed without being forced to answer for failures of Brexit. That the man whose lies fuelled Brexit vote which has cost UK Billions & who said Liz Truss budget was “best Tory budget since 1986” could be trusted on *anything* is mind-boggling #bbclaura

Northumberland Roman Fort mystery over large shoes
Eight of the Roman shoes are at least 30cm (11.8in) long - the equivalent of a UK size 13 to 14.

21% of the UK population or 14.3 million people live in relative poverty. Maybe we should talk about them for a change rather than the tax concerns of Jeremy Clarkson's wealthy children

Admitting that your whole business model is based on theft (see also: "I couldn't run my business if I paid my staff a decent wage") does more for socialist political education than anything I've ever come up with

The ILO submitted to the International Court of Justice the documents about its referral re: the protection of the right to strike in International Labour Law (and ILO Conv 87, specifically). This is likely one of the most important labour cases worldwide this century www.icj-cij.org/case/191

Scum. Maybe the police should have a look at his hard drive. Comments like that are not normal and suggest many things. The main ones being, no woman is safe in his company and he's not fit for public office.

My gut was right; rates are way up - 1 in 23 people have covid right now. At least.

Please, I'm begging you, if you're feeling a bit under the weather skip the social events and wear a mask if you absolutely have to go out. Don't ruin people's Christmases.

Almost finished writing (with others) a commissioned review on masks. Yes, they work. All the caveats obvs (they don’t if you’re not wearing them etc). And the laboratory evidence is awesome. One of the biggest scandals of the pandemic was (is) how some excellent science was ignored / denigrated.

Whenever I park in a multi-storey car park, I take a photo of the floor number in case I forget where I parked. Going back through my phone, these pictures resemble a bizarre art project.
