One of the glorious things of living in paradise at the literal end of the world (Onetahua/Farewell Spit, te Waipounamu/Sth Island of Aotearoa New Zealand) is that cetaceans come here a lot - including to strand, unfortunately. Last week, we had two orca teaching their young to hunt stingrays! 🐳

Justice KBJ is a brilliant strategist. She is working the rules to compel timely review of the stay in the SNAP case by both the Circuit Court and by the Supreme Court. This is why knowing which SCOTUS justice has supervision of the Circuit you file in is essential.
