The Senate Democrats are so cowardly you’d think they were college and university presidents.

I’m going to vote for this guy.

The Democratic Party tonight adopted a new logo.
November 10, 2025 at 2:28 AM
Yep. Fuck Schumer and the “moderates.”
The lesson for the GOP is that they can do the most horrific shit imaginable and Dems will cave no matter what.
November 10, 2025 at 1:49 AM
As Jon Stewart said, Chuck Schumer is the human equivalent of a flat tire.
November 10, 2025 at 1:46 AM
Trump was having a bad week then the Democrats came to the rescue.

I’m voting for this guy.
This isn’t very hard, folks.

There was no point. Jeffries and Schumer had no plan. They are dull, incompetent, and corrupt and Democratic voters own this for not primarying them into involuntary retirement.
i think this is key. taking the deal would amount to taking the blame. it would turn a clear political victory into an unambiguous defeat.
If the Dems blink after all of this, for a deal that all but ensures no ACA subsidies in 2026 anyway, then what was the purpose of letting the shutdown go for 40 days in the first place?
November 10, 2025 at 1:06 AM
Fire Schumer.
November 10, 2025 at 12:16 AM
Chuck Schumer is really going to kick the ball this time.
November 10, 2025 at 12:13 AM
Portrait of the young, ineffective dweeb as a young man. If I were a conspiracy theorist, I’d think Schumer and Jeffries were so cosmically bad at their job because they are GOP moles.
I just reread a book on McCarthyism and higher ed and Roy Cohn makes an appearance because he was that active in helping to advance government repression
apropos of nothing, here’s a photo of a young chuck schumer attending trump lawyer & confidante (& joe mccarthy associate) roy cohn’s birthday party at studio 54, in 1979

We should have anticipated that Democrats would piss away the momentum from the No Kings rallies and the elections and immediately surrender while getting nothing in return. Seriously, fuck them.
You've gotta be kidding me
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

@betsyfriauf.bsky.social and I had a nice lunch Friday with Emmy-winner Leigh Stieglitz Morales, the longtime auteur behind “True Life” on MTV. She recently moved to Dallas and wants to learn about the city.

Strange, isn’t it?
Earle-Sears ran what felt like 12 billion ads about how much she hated trans kids and I didn’t hear a single pundit say she should stick to real issues that affect real people.
