A really important story as we assess the tools & tactics that we increasingly face under this regime.
Thousands of newly obtained documents show that Clearview AI’s founders always intended to target immigrants and the political left. Now their digital dragnet is in the hands of the Trump administration.

This is the only way to make transport sustainable and the question is why every capital in Europe is not connected in this way. In UK we should already be planning the high-speed link to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Leeds - and already constructing the line to Manchester
It’s over 1,000km from Berlin to Paris

There’s now a direct daytime train between them, that takes 8 hours and costs just €59. Leave at 10am, arrive 6pm.

And… it’s just 1% the carbon emissions of the equivalent flight

Medical historian here to remind people the start of a pandemic is based on science, while the “end” is based on politics.

Reader: we are still in a pandemic.
Folks stop referring to the pandemic in past tense I beg. Oftentimes, you mean “post-lockdown.” The pandemic is ongoing and we shouldn’t contribute to the detrimental erasure of it and its consequences.
