But what also characterises geographers at UOW is their collegiality, generosity and care towards other scholars, both academics and studentsโ€”and this ethos definitely has big ripple effects across the rest of the discipline in Australia. 4/5

In terms of funded research success alone, geographers at UOW are one of the top performing programs in Australiaโ€”they currently hold 1 Laureate, 1 Future Fellowship, 2 DECRAs, 4 Discoveries, 2 Linkages, in addition to an enviable record of industry funding. 3/5
