Today, #KashPatel sent a letter to my counsel @markzaidesq.bsky.social threatening to sue & demanding I retract my MSNBC comments on his unfitness to serve as FBI Director. This follows his threats against media & political opponents, showing how he might act if confirmed. I stand by my statements.

Recall what happened with the FBI when Nixon politicized it by appointing Patrick Gray director. The rank and file leaked, leaked and leaked up to the assistant director (aka Mark Felt/Deep Throat) level. They destroyed Nixon. Trump is inviting big trouble with Kash Patel.

-instituting rules that prevented price gouging at groceries;
-raising taxes on the wealthy, lowering taxes on the poor;
-helping people buy homes;
-supporting union workers.

Thinking about how the system is rigged against doctors. There’s no chance to strike and collectively bargain. Big money companies; insurers and hospitals know it. We can’t abandon our patients. So they grind us down daily. We dutifully show up for our patients whatever color hat they’re wearing.
