I haven't seen anyone really talk about it but there's a lack of transparency around remaining annual leave in animation, it's a real problem. That info isn't openly available, so you've to message someone for it and hope they're correct, I've had cases where they haven't been

I was really wondering why I hadn't been to see David O'Doherty in a while, and then I remembered that the last time I saw him was the day after a break up, and I went with that person! Wouldn't recommend it but we already had tickets. Anyway, going to see him in January, reclaiming the DO'D

I had a job interview the other day and the more I think about it the less sure I am about how it went. I think I take for granted how familiar an interviewer is going to be with me and my work, because I am very familiar with it! So I end up speaking too generally like all the big facts are a given
