But how do companies make those profits? By *denying* care to many who need it.

When I started with the Department of Veterans affairs, I was a GS-5 file clerk. I had to pass an FBI background check. If I had a rape investigation in my past, or a congressional investigation into drug-fueled sex parties, I wouldn't have gotten the job. As a file clerk.
