The TESLA (a/k/a "TESLER") TAKEDOWN is working... WORLDWIDE!
Turns out people really resent an unelected weirdo running our Government & creating economic chaos. Hit Elmo where it really hurts: in his big, fat wallet. If we #TankTesla, It's Ex-X! (a/k/a Twitter) #WinWin

Ramadan #mubarak! #Ramadan is meant to be a month of simplicity and spiritual re connection, but is becoming so commercialised due to social media. Reminder that you don't need fancy decor or perfect displays to make it special for your children!

My heart goes out to the Palestinian people. What has happened to world humanity? When did society and elected leaders become so overtly and unapologetically selfish? The narcissism is just off the charts #freepalestine #dumptrump
Sadly, those who couldn't stomach a vote for Harris because she wasn't a strong enough supporter of Palestine will now have to face the "we told you so" reality of a Trump presidency.

The fact that Britain nor King Charles have said anything in support of #Canada is a disgrace imv.

It's a fellow commonwealth country, i mean how weak does Britain look even when its Head of State (King Charles) cannot make a statement in support of ordinary canadian citizens.

Now more than ever, #Canada needs the UK to stand with them against the ridiculous tariffs being imposed by #Trump nation. As a commonwealth country, this is the least Canadians should expect in return for maintaining the King as head of state. With privilege comes great responsibility! #tariffs

love it when the #instagram #trolls come for me everytime I comment that a video or post is misinformation and attempt to correct the information. Apparently personal experience and self diagnosis is far more accurate than scientific research and professional expertise #PhdSky #clinicalpsychologist

How about we just 'clean out Trump' from the USA instead? These are people in their ancestral homeland, not trash to be 'cleaned out'. What dehumanising language is this? All people, including Palestinians, have the right to basic human rights just like any of us! #gaza #humanrights #palestine

The path to dictatorship! MPs are elected and accountable to its citizens. We don't need them to brainwash us with their unsupported ideas. The burden is on them to present logical facts and reasoning to the public if they wish to remain in office

#Badenoch says we need a 'dominant culture' in the UK. There already is one that is clear to those of us from ethnic minority backgrounds. Religious holidays, bank holidays, the individualistic society, the values taught in schools and the way the whole society functions in the UK.

Social media platforms use intermittent variable reinforcement, the same principle slot machines have always used to get young people hooked on chasing external validation. That's why the algorithm keeps changing. Protect your children and don't let them put their self worth in the hands of others.

What is the 'let them' theory that seems to have gone viral on tiktok? Please someone enlighten me. A theory with only one supposition, no theory of change, mechanism of change, or anything that typically defines a theory. Save us from tiktok. #tiktok #mentalhealth #misinformation #PhdSky #EduSky

Oh Blue Sky. I thought this platform was different. Every day the telegram drug dealers and only fans girls start following me. Why??? Clearly I'm not their target audience!

This makes a lot of sense given sleep disturbance being a key symptom of #depression for many I see in my practice
#Sleep deprivation weakens the brain's ability to suppress unwanted thoughts and memories:

How? REM sleep strengthened inhibitory control of the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in new imaging study.

I keep saying this like a broken record. #Tiktok is bad for mental health and it's full of #misinformation that can be harmful. In clinical practice we are seeing more young people who have self diagnosed with #ADHD, #autism, and pop psychology terms that have no diagnostic value
Mental health misinformation is rampant on social media.

In our new study, 33% of popular mental health videos on TikTok that offered advice and information were misleading.

These videos were watched over 1 billion times.

Mental health #misinformation becomes even more harmful when propogated by people with blue ticks and large followings. There's enough stigma out there about mental health, please don't make #anxious people feel even worse. They are not failing or weak. They are human. #anxiety #psychology
