I was told we needed to eliminate foreign aide so we could focus on American homelessness, and now we are eliminating the US interagency council on homelessness. It’s almost as if they are constant and consistent liars.

I've been wondering about the base rate of plane crashes lately given how much they are showing up in the news. My takeaway is that the DC crash is definitely an outlier event, but the rest of the stories are strictly due to narrative gravity. There's actually been *fewer* this year vs. last year.
