well I experienced my first critical outage at work today on 4 hours of sleep. according to my leadership I did a great job handling the initial response, so I'm happy with that. I need to get more sleep though 🥱

a couple days ago at work, we had a ticket come in to clear space on a PC's hard drive. this is what the drive looked like after I remoted into the PC :)
it was a neat ticket since i got the chance to nuke all user profiles from the PC
