Just to put it into perspective, Portugal should be in the conversation to actually win the World Cup, and Ireland have beaten them 2-0 in a must win game. Whatever happens Sunday people shouldn’t forget that, but probably will.

One of the people killed by Soldier F was a man who stepped out to help another of his victims as he lay dying in the street. He waved a white handkerchief as he did so. Soldier F shot him in the head. His name was Barney McGuigan and today his family had to listen to a judge acquit his killer.

Enjoyed the game today, thought we played pretty well overall and were in control for most of it and had some very good opportunities that we didn’t make the most of. The stats might disagree but that’s how I saw it.
