I could give two shits if some econ bro missed out on a bonus because of some arbitrary deliverable goal. This game was phenomenal and a great addition to the franchise. Maybe if EA will learn to let their grubby hands out of the development cycle, things would go smoother for them.
Here's the thing about this Veilguard "news" today... it's reawakened the "it's bad and you're dumb for liking it" crowd. Don't listen to them. So what if it didn't meet EA's expectations or some rando on Discord thinks Origins is better and it didn't win GOTY. YOU liked it and that's what matters.

The practical implementation of this ban by tiktok is completely over the top. It's overcompliance to an extreme degree while praising Trump. It's clear that this is political at this point. This isn't simply an IP ban, it's an account level ban tied to accounts with registered US phone numbers.
Just tried on desktop. I was able to access the site with a VPN but once I logged in, it gave me the ban notice. I think this is specific to US based accounts and cannot be circumvented with a VPN.
