In Russia's air raid on Ukraine tonight, about 15 of its attack drones have entered Polish airspace, per Ukrainian channels.

There's been a few instances of these drones crashing in Poland to date, but this appears to be the most significant Russian intrusion into NATO airspace yet.

The White House Press Secretary, the official spokesperson for the Trump administration, told reporters in an official briefing that the president wants to invade "every Democrat-run city" with troops.

Any media still pretending that this is about "crime" is making a conscious choice to lie to you.
Leavitt: "These are the bad guys that we are picking up in Washington DC every day. The president would love to do this in every Democrat-run city across the country."

Community is the answer (not for everything, obvs, but what wonderful programs on display here!) Libraries are one of the great institutions of human societies.
Amidst all the bad news, this is great: Libraries across the country host cookbook clubs, offer classes in demo kitchens, loan spices + kitchen equipment, include food pantries, host farmer's markets, offer English language learning through cooking, host nutrition literacy programs, etc.
How Libraries Are Creating Community Through Food
Libraries nationwide are offering community classes on nutrition, food security, and how to get a good meal on the table.

Stormursson this is so helpful.
The most genius move was to align communism and socialism so that it became synonymous. I live in a socialist country (germany) and have witnessed a communist country first-hand. I can tell you, those are not the same. On the other hand, there is not much difference between Theocracy and Fascism

It must be so annoying for the Alberta Government when people implement the policies that they created.
The rest of this seems incoherent but the UCP does appear to be saying loudly for the world that most of them have never picked up a book before, even the ones that inform their ideology
Premier Danielle Smith says Edmonton Public is doing a "bit of vicious compliance" in complying with the province's age-appropriate book policy in schools, and says she will hold EPSB's hand to help develop their list.

In case you’re wondering how RFK is diagnosing mitochondrial malfunction in the kids he sees, I wrote about where he probably got misinformed

👇🏻
I am quite sure RFK Jr is not referring to actual mitochondrial diseases, which are mostly genetic. He is referring to pseudoscience peddled by his Surgeon General nominee Casey Means, who claims that most chronic disease can be blamed on mitochondrial "dysfunction."

Mitochondrial Dysfunction Is a Bit of a Fad
There is a shell game at the heart of Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s Make America Healthy Again campaign, and it has to do with the mitochondrion. I doubt, though, that RFK Jr, who has been confirmed as Secre...
