NEW: The Equality and Human Right Commission is investigating Labour’s benefits cuts for potentially breaching the Equality Act. Spoiler alert: it is. I’m half way through all these PIP scoring forms and changing to needing 4 in one item is clearly discriminatory.

The 4 points in one PIP component rule is a calculated tactic to reduce mental health and neurodivergent claimants. I see so many with high needs who don’t hit 4 in one area—so they get nothing. This must be challenged under the Equality Act, and it absolutely will be.

Apparently if you look on the government website to see companies that are "disabled friendly" and then look for how many jobs are available from these companies there are 137 jobs for the whole of the UK. So fat chance for majority of disabled people they want to throw off benefits into work.
