This is such a good point. The contradiction that SCOTUS created is absurdly ludicrous.
And if anyone in this White House complains that this immigration judge's decision must be respected, ask why an administrative law judge can rule on immigration violations but not on violations of the securities laws at the SEC.

This is not about the merits of Iran’s nuclear program. No president has the authority to bomb another country that does not pose an imminent threat to the US without the approval of Congress. This is an unambiguous impeachable offense.
