Supreme Court conservatives poised to back Trump in FTC firing case

By arguing that the conditions have changed and so the the law should be viewed differently, don’t the justices undermine their ‘original intent’ philosophy?

My shelves are overflowing with books. My closet can't fit any more clothes, most of which I haven't worn in years. My attic is filled to the brim.

All of the Black Friday shopping deals remind me that I'm drowning in stuff. Are you?
Do we really need more stuff?

A serous problem. Amen.
The 400 richest Americans are now worth a record $6.6 trillion.

The entire bottom 50% of America is worth just $4.2 trillion.

Read that back.

When 400 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.

Coffee prices are up 21%.

Ground beef prices up 13%.

Big reason why?

Trump’s chaotic tariffs on Brazil.

I voted to repeal these tariffs along with every Democrat and a few Republicans, and it PASSED the Senate.

All eyes now on House Republicans who are still on vacation.

Never before in the history of this nation has such a large redistribution of income been directed upward, for no reason at all. It comes at a time of near-record inequalities of income and wealth.

This budget bill is a nightmare.

2. Is there a homeland security/CT plan given recent focus on mass deportations and downgrading of CT?
3. Did the “2 weeks” backlash push him or was it a done deal?
4. Did he notify Congress at all?
