I don't think people understand that if you shut down the government, ICE and CBP do NOT shut down. They're funded by supplemental money from the BBB. That's why dems are separating the DHS funding bill and asking for restrictions. I want them to demand a rescission of that funding or shut DHS down

Waking up to so many DMs over a caption with pic of 2 of our dogs. Long story short people. Depression after the death of my mother after decades of separation has been unbearable for me and got very dark. I am making progress. Yes being gay was part of it. The dogs & hubby were a reason to live.

I am deeply concerned about Liam and every child at the Dilley Detention Center.
No parent should have to worry about whether their child is eating, getting medical care, or deteriorating in detention.
What I saw was alarming — and unacceptable. Liam must be released immediately.
