They will never learn that capitulation doesn't work. Never
As we’ve reported before at @rollingstone.com, trump and his gang plotted to use the federal government against his enemies in late night tv even before he was reelected.

Go birds. Censorship sucks.
Want to support a political candidate with a yard sign? What about your favorite sports team?

Good luck with that in Southold, NY, where most yard signs are completely banned. Now, a new amendment singles out temporary political signs in the name of “traffic safety.”

BREAKING: FIRE is suing Secretary of State Marco Rubio, challenging the laws he is using to target lawfully present noncitizens for speech protected by the Constitution.

No administration should be able to deport lawfully present noncitizens for their opinions.

The TikTok and Paxton decisions made it pretty clear that the government doesn't have to prove their interest nor whether their means burden a substantial amount of speech. There's a massive runway for upholding age verification for social media now.

It was always the plan.
I honestly have given up, I doubt there will be any way out of this.

My only hope is that they see that age verification for social media is to far and stop it, but I’m doubtful, the perverts fighting for this law will just claim that it’s “Sexual predators” as the reason.

This is such a great story. A mayoral candidate for a teeny tiny Pennsylvania borough tried to steal the election, and couldn't, showing how hard it would be to pull off something similar at a national scale.
A failed plot to steal a local PA election shows how hard it is to pull off fraud
A case of election manipulation in Pennsylvania serves as a reality check amid a raging national debate over election security and the threat of voter fraud.

Yes, they could. It's why they fought like hell to make sure most people couldn't vote, and those that could couldn't vote for everything.

The Court congratulates itself for having guaranteed due process but the actual, foreseeable, almost-certain result of its opinion will be to ensure that most disappeared people don’t receive any process at all.
In fact, it is offensively ridiculous to think that any but a handful of people disappeared by ICE will be able to file habeas corpus, because it relies on them having informed families with connections to available knowledgeable lawyers with time and resources to act instantly.
How the FedSoc judges on SCOTUS want you think habeas corpus works:
