‘Fetterman went on to make statements that shocked people. In opposing a cease-fire, he said, “Let’s get back to killing.” A person who heard the conversation told me, “He said, ‘Kill them all.’”’
John Fetterman’s Struggle
The senator insists he is in good health. But staffers past and present say they no longer recognize the man they once knew.

Again, imagine if George Soros took control of all our government intel, shared it publicly with … Edward Snowden, I guess? … and they talked about how they were going to take down evangelical mega churches.

As a casual non-white observer, it’s so bizarre to see folks work so hard to try to prove their superiority over someone like me when they could spend that time actually bettering their own lives and…I don’t know, be happy instead of miserable fucks.

A lesson from the TikTok Affair should be that bipartisan efforts to preserve U.S. national security are vulnerable to the incoming president getting bought off and switching sides for his own personal and political benefit. Not great!

Just found an account on instagram the shows how a cardamom market operates. Basically a guy walks buy with a bowl of cardamom and throws a handful of cardamom in another bowl for inspection. I guess they do this for a while because guys find themselves literally surrounded by cardamom. It’s cool!

Half done with this book. I didn’t know I’d be this interested in different parts of a church/cathedral. Also, who knew that dogs wondering into church would be such an issue.

Watched Mimic tonight for the first time. It is the first film Guillermo del Toro directed in English. It was decent if you look at the movie as if you were watching it in 1997. There is something about 90’s horror that appeals so much to me. #movienight #horror

I’ve had good luck with a few authors so far in November and December. Jeffery Deaver and Robert Harris are fantastic authors and I can’t wait to read more. I also have Susanna Clarke’s new short story on the way. Any recommendations please let me know. Thanks!

Man alive …that feeling you get when you find an author you really like and you can reed all of their books and not get tired of it. It’s a good feeling. I just found out about Robert Harris…just finished Fatherland and An Officer and a Spy. Fantastic books.
