Guide I followed when I contacted Visa. Took about 10 minutes.
Be polite to the associate that answers, but assertive in that a payment processing company has no right to dictate what you can and cannot buy with your money.

"im calling to make a complaint, [company] and other payment processors have been pressuring software storefronts to stop selling certain products, i find this unacceptable and will stop using my own account if this continues, can you please relay this to your superiors, thank you love you bye"

That point needs to be now.
I'm guilty of this, but coddling folks with right wing mindsets must end. It's especially difficult when it's loved ones preaching such heartlessness, but it must be done.
The only language conservatives understand is cruelty and we need to become proficient in it.

I think at some point we have to stop indulging the fiction that conservatism is a legitimate political tendency and isn't simply a grievance cult for those who value the ability to enact cruelty over their literal basic needs.
