Lol. Called Visa just a moment ago and was asking why I can't purchase games and the associate said it was illegal activity. I said I didn't know what I was doing is illegal! Why is Steam doing illegal activities?! The associate then started reading from a long script really fast. I couldn't...

...giving me answers and it sounds like they think I'm a criminal. She just kept repeating to email with my concerns and can't say why the previous associate hung up on me.
I said I'd feel better to speak with someone there who can say I'm not doing illegal activity and got hung up on again.

Called back and said I was hung up on and didn't catch what the last representative said because she spoke so fast and seemed annoyed.
This associate kept saying to reach out via email and to not call back with concerns related to this manner.
I said that they have me worried now and they're not...

I called up Visa and used your initial message as a guide. Took about 10 minutes. I was told to email them too at askvisa@visa.com with the same warning of no personal info.

Associate on the phone was understanding.
