Retired tech exec (w/ a ComSci degree unlike that other guy). Elizabeth Warren liberal. Fan of all things Iowa Hawkeyes living in Colorado.
The Epstein saga is the most egregious example of immorality and depravity typical when great wealth meets politics. Imagine what goes on in their more mundane interactions on taxes, government subsidies & campaign "donations." If you fear government, it is because of the billionaires who run it.

No lawmaker in Congress should be able to buy, own, and sell individual stocks. Period. Let's make Congressional stock trading illegal.

Americans are going to see Trump's $2000 tariff dividend right after ALL of the Epstein files are released and at the same time we see his tax returns.

Elon Musk could give $1 million dollars to every SC justice, Rep & Senator in Washington & he'd have spent around .2% of his net worth. He only needs to buy one more than half of them (61% in the Senate). Bribing the entire federal government is very "affordable" when someone has that much money.
Remember: The concentration of wealth in the hands of a few isn't just bad for our economy. It's corrosive to our democracy.

When the wealthy and well-connected control our political system, regular people don't have a voice.

The result? The demagoguery and corruption we're seeing now.

Some of the worst human beings on planet earth work for DHS. We don't want them released. We want them fired & prosecuted.
Yikes 😬 an official U.S. government account just referred to Americans as “imbecilic morons.” That’s… a choice.

Have you noticed now that the Epstein files all point back to Donald Trump, his MAGA base wants to change the motherf*cking subject?

These reporters aren’t having it. 🔥🔥🔥

The Trump administration is trying to convince you that they are lowering food costs by removing the tariffs that increased prices in the first place.

Don’t believe their lies.

In normal times, it would be a major scandal for the President to direct his AG to criminally investigate his political opponents to deflect from his own involvement in a major scandal — and for the AG to immediately announce she is doing it. The Epstein scandal and cover up just got even bigger.

We should all be reminding those hoping for immunity that Trump is threatening to ignore pardons granted by Biden. In a weaponized DOJ, promises of immunity mean nothing, just as claiming you were following orders is not a defense.
Secret Boat Strike Memo Justifies Killings By Claiming the Target Is Drugs, Not People

In a memo promising legal immunity for those who kill alleged drug traffickers, the Trump administration floated an unusual legal theory.

Great news for Art! Obviously, he's still sharp as a tack. I've had to help my 87 year old mother advocate through the complexities of rural healthcare from a distance on issues far more mundane than Art's medical problems. You have to get/stay informed or the system shuffles you toward death.
