Aussie-born, Pommie-raised, worker, wife, and mum to an actor and a musician, still aghast that people voted for Trump (WHY?), Brexit, and a Morrison government.
So much focus on the British Royal Family Blacksheep… how’s Ghislaine getting on in that holiday camp prison Trump arranged for her? Evil witch…. #releasetheEpsteinFiles

Nigel Farage doesn’t think the Prime Minister should have free speech in this country. But he’ll tell foreigners that yours is somehow under threat from the Prime Minister. He’s a whiny little liar. Always has been. Always will be.

It’s almost 2yrs since the day Commissioner Catherine Holmes handed down her final report on Robodebt & referred those responsible for criminal prosecution. It was a day we felt like finally something was happening.
I’m so sorry to all victims who are STILL waiting for justice.

With ALP dumping Mark Dreyfus, its worth remembering he's responsible for the deeply broken NACC.

If - and it's a big if - Dutton gets kicked out from Dickson, he will try and blame it on the Trump Effect, but he and his party have been lazy af for the last 3 years, and their lack of homework will be what comes back to bite them🤞#auspol

There are only two types of voters:

The kind that vote with the most vulnerable of their community in mind wanting to a make a better life for everyone.

And the kind that votes thinking if we could just get rid of those vulnerable people once and for all that their bank account would look better.

Anyone offering odds on how long till Duttplug either (a) cooks a curry, (b) builds a cubby house for his son, Harry (so he can't say his Dad doesn't help him get somewhere to live), or (c) plays his banjo round the family dinner table?

Makes me laugh the 'price of eggs' issue this morning (after Duttplug got it wrong in the debate) - was talking to my sister this week about the same thing - in England she pays about GBP1.37 for a box of 12 (GBP1=AUD2 roughly) and she was astounded how much they cost here #auspol

Duttons interests were raised by ALP in 2018 but LNP refused to refer him to the HC. By 2019 Dutton conspicuously divested interest in the family trust, maybe to avoid the court of disputed returns? Couldn't believe he got away with it=comeuppance is long overdue. Well done. #auspol

Explainer: is Peter Dutton ineligible to sit in parliament?
It is possible the home affairs minister is in breach of Section 44(v) of the Constitution – and if the High Court were to find him so, it would cause yet another headache for the government.
