It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.

Speaking of Solar Halos, very occasionaly you can get them off of the frost that develops on a lawn apparently, look for a subtle rainbow ring around the sun on frosty mornings!

You can additionally see sundogs, an upper tangent arc (the bright section at the top of the halo) and the circumzenithal arc as a rainbow near the top of the sky
