Deutsche Welle managed to talk to a nurse in Iran. Apparently, the revolutionary guard tried to enter a hospital to find patients they had shot at earlier in the day (to arrest them?) and then they started attacking the people who tried to stop them doing so. Sounds like they’re… a bit panicked?

Iranian forces "behaved with savage brutality" when they stormed a hospital in Ilam, a nurse told DW. Mass protests continue to grow.

Our goal is no longer merely to take to the streets; the goal is to prepare to seize city centers and hold them.

I, too, am preparing to return to the homeland so that, at the moment of victory of our national revolution, I can stand beside you, the great nation of Iran.

It's also worth noting that NATO - and for that matter, Israel - have weapons that can, in fact, kill the Oreshnik. The SM-3 missile in particular is specifically designed to peg ballistic missiles before they can go terminal. They did so successfully against Iran in 2024, in fact.
