This is no shade to Karen, but a lot depends on how primaries are held in your state. If you're a progressive in a closed primary state like NY, congrats registering as an independent blocked you from voting from Mamdani in the primary. If you're in an open primary state, you do you.
And this is why I’m registered as an independent.

No matter how you feel about current Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell you can't deny that if he loses this race, it would be the most painful way to lose an election possible. Especially after the decision desk called the race for him Thursday night!

The Seattle Mayor's race is going to come down to like 300 votes one way or the other.

DK Metcalf is pretty much who he is, a top 20 wide receiver that gets a lot of penalties. He is a net positive for a team, but it was smart for the Seahawks to trade him.

Bruce Harrell has run an extremely tixic/negative campaign against Katie Wilson since the primary. One of the reasons tondo this is because that lowers turn-out and another reason is the depression enthusiasm amongst people who voted for Katie, but aren't super strong Katie supporters.
Who are these weird people more into primary voting than general election voting? WTF???

"24 percent of the people who voted in the primary say there’s only a 50 percent chance they’ll vote in the general, meaning she can’t necessarily count on those same voters turning out."
Wow. Katie Wilson leads the Seattle mayor’s race by 12 among all voters - but among likely voters that lead shrinks to 4 points. Let’s turn out all the young voters we know to help elect @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social!

It has truly been a rough go for Liverpool FC recently. Need my Reds to figure it out before a top 4 finish in the PL and top 8 finish UCL league phase becomes a tough ask.

Seattle Progressives, get your ballots in early so that the @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social campaign doesn't have to use resources reminding you to turn in your ballot when you are already a locked in vote for her and know exactly who you are voting for!
