"Let me make sure there is colorblind options, lemme make sure their is support for larger text support if I can" and yeah sometimes you get some Celeste style options, but no one owes you a game you can complete. They just might also make sure you don't fail for the wrong reasons.

I phoned PayPal on +44203 901 7000. The advisor hadn't heard of the itch.io case. We discussed the best ways to have a complaint go up the hierarchy. I was also advised to email EuropeanServices@PayPal.com
I'd advise phoning ASAP, insist the advisor escalate the complaint, and email as well.

my last video game was accidentally sort of about suicide bombing crowds of protesters, so um, now I need to make a penance game about stopping nazis before they do various horrible things.
(the suicide bombing game was pretty fun though lol so no regrets)
