yeah I never miss an opportunity to share my long-held opinion that among special operations, Navy SEALs are uniquely unethical scumbags with a command climate that is rotten to its core.
Bradley, more than Hegseth, just shot straight to the top of the list of people most likely to be prosecuted. Not because a future Dem administration will necessarily have strong political will for prosecutions. Because the military itself will be chomping at the bit to nail his ass to the wall.

the most productive thing I have seen these kids do the last few months is rake mulch in McPherson Sq. Every other time they’re leaning against the Metro wall with their hands buried in their flak jackets or scrolling their phones. It’s been a fucking total waste and now it’s a tragic one.

I spent an entire career in the military asking enlisted people their opinions about pretty much everything. It’s probably the main reason I survived as long as I did. I highly encourage it!

today was 10 miles total with 2700 ft in elevation gained to Ghandruk village (sitting 6800 ft) and a nice view down into Modi Khola valley. Also, Nepal’s marigold game is strong

got into Pokhara then about an hour to the trail base and 5.5 mile trek up to a Gurung village with a pretty amazing view of Annapurna South peak. What a start.
