I’ve been doing a lot of Very Serious Reading lately for my studies and wanted a break with Fun Reading. Fiance gifted it for xmas (along with a copy of Seabiscuit) and I’m 50 pages in under an hour. Very interesting premise and mix of storylines so far!

Self-published authors are unfortunately very rapidly becoming my most-blocked demographic on here due entirely to the rampant use of hideous AI generated book covers

I found a piece of my childhood the other day at my day job! It’s a 1996 Avon Music Box Advent Calendar Christmas Tree! My mom gave me my first one when I was very young (around 2) but mine has been broken for quite some time.
It came into work with all it’s pieces, parts, and even works perfectly!
