I am a planner. I've tried pantsing and it always ends up with me getting stuck at like 15k to 30k and giving up on it entirely unless I sit down, plan, and start drafting from zero again. Pantsing just does not work for me. I need to be able to see the end in order to get there.

all discourse aside, there is one machine with consciousness. it's printers. they are alive and conscious and they hate you and they'd take your arm clean off if you let them. never trust a printer.

Ireland making basic income for artists permanent has me wondering if I can put up w breaking my no-contact w my father long enough to get the papers I need from him to claim Irish citizenship. I know he didn't add me to the FBR but... Maybe there might still be a chance?

Got the Oathbreaker Knight mad at Astarion for using a hireling as a juice box
Attempted to rescue a loose dog (success, but needed help)
Had to climb way too many steps after someone in my apartment building prank pulled the fire alarm
Defeated Maat

So many of the specialists I see have offices over an hour away. I cannot drive. Telehealth was how I have been able to manage my chronic illnesses and disabilities. I am so screwed.
Medicare is no longer covering telehealth visits.
Congress has not extended the coverage given during the pandemic, and with the government shutdown that extension is unlikely anytime soon.
So elderly patients on Medicare can no longer take medical appointments from home.

I am really glad my former landlord said it would be $125 for every nail or screw in the wall but command hooks were totally fine... But now even a tiny bit of command hook residue is $100 from the security deposit.
So glad I literally have not slept in like 36 hours trying to make the old
