Has anyone seen an I-213 (“Record of Deportable/Inadmissible Alien”) from one of the racial profiling arrests yet?
November 10, 2025 at 7:34 PM
A fantastic investigation showing that the unit run by Greg Bovino, the Border Patrol agent in charge of racial profiling in LA and Chicago, is an outlier even in an agency already notorious for unnecessary use of force. Obama and Biden could have fired him, but didn't.

Maybe the next time the Democrats shut down the government they should have a goal worth not folding for, like saving the US Constitution.

Our government should fear the People, not the other way around. In a group chat with other agents, he wrote: "I fired 5 rounds and she had 7 holes. Put that in your book boys.” To another recipient, Exum said: "Read it. 5 shots, 7 holes." They think it's funny to shoot Americans

So the terms we had Bukele agree to were basically “no lawyers, no abortions.”

No mention about keeping them safe or not torturing them.

Every word of advocacy we say is supposed to be "hidden by the First Amendment" from the government. In a free country, our speech should be completely invisible to the governnment.

Federal agents are acting with impunity at the Broadview ICE facility — packing people into holding cells without beds, forcing them to sign away their legal rights, and denying access to food, medical care, and lawyers.

The ACLU of Illinois will see ICE in court.
'Inhumane' conditions at Chicago-area ICE facility, advocates allege in new lawsuit
Attorneys with the ACLU of Illinois and the MacArthur Justice Center say U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have denied people being held at the Broadview facility private calls with attorneys and have blocked members of Congress, faith leaders and journalists from entering the building, creating a “black box” they say has allowed authorities to act “with impunity.”

CATO takes a remarkably firm stand on Trump's secret police and their tactics.
If ICE agents believe they have blanket immunity or that citizens have no right to record them, it’s up to the rest of us to disabuse them of that error.

But he's not on ICE's detainee locator. His family only could find out his location on a third-party inmate messaging app reason.com/2025/10/30/a...

NEW: Trump has announced that the US will admit the lowest level of refugees ever at 7,500 in FY 2026. The US will only be admitting as refugees White people from South Africa and "victims of illegal or unjust discrimination," which leaked memos suggest means far-right Europeans.

Watch this ICE agent getting arrested for drunk driving tell a cop that he uses race to decide who to target. "You're a ginger, so I'm sure you're legal."

I know personally how it feels to have DHS do this.
DHS says our new piece is "dishonest, slanted, and fundamentally inaccurate" but won't say why. Here's the story where we show with evidence that DHS spliced together clips spanning years and multiple locations to create its own reality. Gift link wapo.st/4nuDGwf

WOW! The Washington Post obtained the rest of the body cam footage showing that the drunk-driving ICE agent promised to check if the arresting officer's partner was Haitian. "I’m going to run some checks when I get back." He added that he would have him deported if "not legit."

It would have been “get your fucking soldiers out of our cities.”

The conduct is worse than the words but stating it plainly says a lot. They aren’t stopping the boats. They are executing people
Trump: "I don't think we're necessarily going to ask for a declaration of war, I think we're just gonna kill people that are bringing drugs into our country. We're going to kill them. They're going to be, like dead."
