I think you cannot understand anything until you realise the scale of cis society's obsession with transfeminity and the lengths it goes to not only to quarantine and punish it, but construct social rituals to navigate its presence in everyday cis life.

My day job is in healthcare and can confirm, ITS SO SUPER SIMPLE GUYS!! Even if your Dr can't get you in, guarantee you can slip into a pharmacy and get just about any basic vaccine covered under 'preventative care' by insurance, or low-cost pharmacy prices. Urgent cares are great for them, too!!
also a psa for everyone, most of that means-testing stuff in america is nothing more than scare tactics! i'm in rural iowa and all i had to do was show up at my pharmacy and ask for a covid vaccine. got it right then with no charge or questions asked, just filled a super basic form for their records

Schools need to be abolished, as any truly liberatory education practice would have to look so radically different that it would be nonsensical to call it schooling. I have a certain fondness for gender, but cisness will have to go completely, and if gender can’t survive that process then so be it.
