This is funny. And the serious problem with the NYT is it misinforms about reality. Not with inaccuracy so much as emphasis, perspective, and framing. That makes it a bad news source. Go to the Guardian, or Wired, or others/ independent sources. You don't need the NYT or LA Times, or WaPo.

I told @repgreglandsman.bsky.social to get into some “good trouble” months ago on a virtual town hall: to get out there and obstruct, even get arrested if need be. Civil disobedience. He laughed it off and repeated something about “bipartisanship”. Saying it now shows he’s a follower not a leader.
…that this is a moral moment. Not about Left or Right. But about wrong and right. That what Trump is doing is so dangerously wrong.

Kafkaesque nightmares like this are a perfect example of why voting for the Laken Riley Act was poor judgment, @repgreglandsman.bsky.social . By expanding the Trump regime’s powers of mass deportation, it was inevitable that innocent people would be caught up as collateral damage. Shame on you.
