Let me be clear: Zelenskyy didn’t offend the US. We have always stood by our allies in defending democracy.

This is phenomenal and worth keeping in your arsenal for when you have those conversations with people who simply don't have enough information about the reality of trans women in sports.
I've long considered myself an ally. I'm a social worker, and social justice, especially in marginalized communities, is important to me. With all the US is dealing with, now I have to ask, can people in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities tell me what I can do to support you?

Three months after Hurricane Helene and a non-insignificant number of places in my #Asheville area still look like this. It's going to be a very long road to recovery, especially for folks who have been flooded despite not living in a floodplain. These are photos I took on Christmas day, 2024.
