A reminder from a former house cleaner: you are entitled to help with your home. Housework is hard. It takes tons of energy. Can't afford it? You can maybe trade for it. Or, see if local cleaners do free/low-cost. It's worth it for your sanity. You deserve to live in a home you're comfortable in.

Finally have my voice back after more than a month. Laryngitis can suck it.
I am presently belting this out. My voice is 98% recovered. I was able to fully sing for the first time today, and I am reveling in it.

Okay I deleted FB and Insta from my phone. TT may be next considering their recent shift. I do feel the need to maintain a presence, but daily usage has to stop.
