Anyone with ideas?
Did you find it @philarevalo.bsky.social ? I’m am in dire need of it. I am finishing my master in bioinformatics and I don’t think I’m ready to jump into a PhD right away. Almost all jobs I see, they want a PhD or postdoctoral.

Is there a database out there of bioinformatics/biological data science jobs at the entry level? Would be helpful for advising students interested non-academic careers without a graduate degree. #bioinformatics #datascience #iknowhashtagsarentathingherebutwhatever

#bioinformatics friends, I recently saw a thread either here or at the old place, discussing how in direct RNA sequencing you can sometimes recover truncated intronic transcripts - does this sound familiar to anyone? It's suddenly become very relevant and I can't find the thread!
