Portrait of a smallish troodontid dinosaur. It's warm brown overall, with brighter orange cheeks and a white underside with black barring. Its jaw is feathered almost to the tip, but its upper snout is mostly bare and grey with a keratinized strip along the top. It has a pair of tall white crests in front of its eyes, which are large and brown. Gouache painting of Anchiornis huxleyii, a small feathered dinosaur, climbing through branches. He's mostly grey with black-spotted white wing, leg, and tail feathers and a rusty red crest and cheek feathers.

Brachiosaurus/Giraffatitan: An Artistic History in Four Parts

if you're an artist and you want to see rain in your area, try this one weird trick: make a plan to carry out prints or paper or some pieces which CANNOT get wet, and a storm will sweep in before you know it! never fails for me
