For other Bluesky noobs, the way this appears to work is 1. Click "Lists" tab on the recommend profile. 2. Click on a list you want to use. 3. Click "Subscribe" > "Block" 4. This will automatically block users contained in those feeds. 5. Enjoy your mostly jackass-free feed.
One thing that has made this app infinitely better for me--and maybe gives me different sense of it than some--is @numb.comfortab.ly's block lists. Saves so much time and grief. Just click Subscribe to block them all.
